Branding Refresh

In 2015, Verizon launched new branding that included an updated logo, new look-and-feel, and a simpler, bolder tone-of-voice.

My team at AKQA was tasked with redesigning existing displays using updated branding and new campaigns for all Verizon stores (as well as third-party vendors, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart).

Lifestyle Stores

Verizon lifestyle stores are a mid-way tier between Destination Stores and general Verizon cell-phone stores – they are focused on selling devices and service contracts, but also have an expanded selection of smart- home products, wearable tech, and other accessories.

For the brand refresh, signage in Verizon Lifestyle stores were updated to be bolder and more fresh, evolving from lifestyle photography to detail shots of products.
